Whether you’re a parent, a support worker, teacher, or someone building new skills yourself - our education centre is a growing library of guides, tools, and ideas to support people with disability.
Stories of growth, told in their own words.
For more than eight decades, Novita has grown alongside the communities we serve. Here’s what people value most about working with us.
We’ve been supporting South Australians since 1939, building personalised support around children, adults and their families.
With hundreds of experienced therapists, disability support workers and assistive technology specialists, we deliver care that’s informed, compassionate, and proven.
From Whyalla to Adelaide and beyond, we work in homes, schools, workplaces and community settings - because support should meet you where you are.
Whether you’re exploring options for yourself or someone you support, these FAQs are a great place to start!
Novita is a not-for-profit that supports people with disability, their families, and carers to live a life of choice, independence, and opportunity. We work with people of all ages, right across South Australia and parts of New South Wales, offering therapy, community programs, home and living, assistive technology, and everyday supports.
Novita offers a wide range of supports including allied health therapy (such as speech pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy), early intervention, and community and life skills programs, home and living, assistive technology, and employment-focused programs like Transition to Work.
Many of our services are available through NDIS funding, but you don’t always need an approved plan to get started. We can support you with private services, early supports, and guidance through the NDIS process if you’re still exploring your options.
Novita supports people across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia, including the Riverland, Limestone Coast, Eyre Peninsula and beyond. We provide services in hubs, homes, schools, and community settings - wherever works best for you!
Getting started is easy! You can contact our friendly Customer Experience Team to talk through your goals, funding, and support needs. From there, we’ll support you to create a clear plan and connect you with the right services for you or the person you support.
