What’s the difference between standard and high-intensity support?

Standard support covers everyday assistance, while high-intensity and complex behaviour support is delivered by staff with additional training to meet more complex needs.
How are nightly sleepover rates charged?

Night-time sleepover support is charged as a single nightly rate, regardless of whether it is standard or high-intensity.
How is Supported Independent Living (SIL) billed?

SIL is billed weekly based on your agreed roster of care, which may include shared supports with other residents.
Are weekend and public holiday rates different?

Yes. Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday support attracts higher rates to reflect staffing conditions and service availability.
