  • How quickly will someone get back to me?

    We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days. If your enquiry is urgent, we recommend calling us directly so we can help right away.

  • Do I need a referral to contact Novita?

    No. You’re welcome to contact Novita at any time, whether you already have a referral or are just exploring your options. If a referral is needed later, we’ll guide you through that process.

  • Who can access Novita services?

    We support children, adolescents, adults and families across South Australia and parts of New South Wales. Our services are available to people with disability, developmental delay, injury, or those seeking therapy and everyday supports.

  • Can I enquire on behalf of someone else?

    Yes. Parents, carers, family members, support coordinators, teachers and health professionals are all welcome to contact us on someone else’s behalf.

  • What information should I include in my message?

    You don’t need to have everything worked out. If you can, include:

    • Who the support is for
    • A brief description of what you’re looking for
    • Your preferred way to be contacted

  • Do you offer services outside of Adelaide?

    Yes — we provide services in metro and regional South Australia, with multiple Novita locations and flexible service delivery options. We also have a therapy hub in Broken Hill, New South Wales.

  • How do payments and funding work?

    We support a range of funding options, including NDIS, private funding and other pathways. Our team will talk you through what’s available and what applies to you.

  • What if I’m not sure what support I need?

    That’s completely okay. Many people feel that way at the start. Contact us and we’ll help you understand your options and what supports may be right for your situation.

  • Is my enquiry confidential?

    Yes. All enquiries are treated with care, respect and confidentiality in line with privacy regulations.
