Novita offers fast, streamlined referrals supported by a multidisciplinary team of university-qualified clinicians who deliver holistic, person-centred care.

Through consistent, in-house staff — never agency — your clients receive reliable, high-quality support across therapy, technology, daily living, housing and specialised programs. 

With services available across both metro and regional South Australia, we make accessing the right support simpler, smoother and more connected.

Our team reviews the referral

A Novita team member will assess the referral and determine the most suitable service pathway.

We’ll contact you or the participant

We’ll confirm information, outline next steps and discuss any additional details we may need.

Step 4

Services begin when ready

Once the referral is accepted, we work with the participant, their family and any professionals involved to arrange appointments and supports.

    Anyone involved in a person’s care can refer to Novita, including:

    • Support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches

    • Participants and clients themselves

    • Assistive technology assessments and equipment through NovitaTech

  • Who can access Novita services?

    We support children, adolescents, adults and families across South Australia and parts of New South Wales. Our services are available to people with disability, developmental delay, injury, or those seeking therapy and everyday supports.

  • What information helps us process referrals faster?

    Including the following (if available) ensures a smoother process:

    • Relevant reports, assessments or therapy notes
    • Primary goals or concerns
    • Funding information (NDIS, private, other)
    • Contact details for key people involved in care
    • Cultural, language or communication preferences
    • Any safety considerations or access needs

  • Do you offer services outside of Adelaide?

    Yes — we provide services in metro and regional South Australia, with multiple Novita locations and flexible service delivery options. We also have a therapy hub in Broken Hill, New South Wales.
