What is Occupational Therapy at Novita?

Occupational therapy is all about supporting you to do the everyday activities (sometimes called “occupations”) that fill your life.

For a child, that might mean play, learning or joining in at school.

For an adult, it could be managing daily routines, building work skills or finding ways to live more independently.

At Novita, our occupational therapists partner with you and your family to set meaningful goals, design therapy that suits your needs, provide the right tools and strategies and adapt environments so you can participate fully in your world.

Therapy that fits your life - not the other way around.

Our dedicated occupational therapists specialise in empowering individuals of all ages - kids, young people, and adults - to enhance their daily activities with ease and independence. See the tailored approach of Novita OTs, who collaborate closely with clients, families, and caregivers to identify goals and provide services such as individualised therapy, intensive goal-directed training, and educational support.
