Everyday life is made up of the things we need, want, and love to do.
At Novita, our occupational therapists support babies, children, young people and adults take part in those daily activities - whether that’s play, school, work, self-care or community life.
We’ll provide therapy to improve independence, confidence, participation, and overall functional abilities.
We support people of all ages to build the daily living skills they need for greater independence at home, school, work and in the community.
Our therapy is grounded in evidence-based practice, using proven methods and research to deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
We tailor therapy for babies, kids teens and adults to support you to thrive.
Occupational therapy is all about supporting you to do the everyday activities (sometimes called “occupations”) that fill your life.
For a child, that might mean play, learning or joining in at school.
For an adult, it could be managing daily routines, building work skills or finding ways to live more independently.
At Novita, our occupational therapists partner with you and your family to set meaningful goals, design therapy that suits your needs, provide the right tools and strategies and adapt environments so you can participate fully in your world.
No matter your goals - from getting dressed to getting back to work - we’ll create a therapy plan that fits your life.
