  • How quickly can a SIL referral be processed?

    Our SIL team responds to referrals as soon as they are received. We prioritise urgent requests and can provide immediate information on housing options, support levels and next steps.

  • Do my clients need SDA funding to access Novita SIL?

    No. While we work closely with SDA providers and offer SDA-funded options, clients without SDA funding can still access a wide range of Novita community living services, including SIL.

  • What information do I need to provide when making a referral?

    A client’s NDIS plan, goals, functional needs and any relevant behavioural or clinical information help us match them to the most suitable SIL environment. If anything is missing, our team will guide you through what’s required.

  • How will I be kept informed throughout the referral and placement process?

    We prioritise transparent communication. You’ll receive regular updates, direct contact with our SIL team and timely responses to ensure you’re supported at every stage of the process.
